    Goals

Physical Literacy is the movements and skills needed to play sports and lead an active healthy life. For example, learning to throw opens the door to many games   including baseball, bowling and darts.

Creating positive attitudes towards physical activity before age 5 can change a child's life.

We aim to instill positive attitudes towards movement and activity to give every child a better opportunity for a healthy active life.
